RHF worked closely with a senior lender to offer a single term sheet to the borrower and provide for an efficient close on the entire debt stack. RHF’s in-depth analysis of the properties and the borrower’s business plan allowed for a bespoke financing structure. The properties are well located within the Chicago O’Hare submarket, one of Chicago’s strongest hotel markets outside of downtown.
