Loan Purchases

Ramsfield has a loan purchase program for which it can purchase senior, mezzanine, or subordinate debt secured by hospitality assets. We will consider loans greater than $15,000,000 that are collateralized by single assets or portfolios. Ramsfield can underwrite and close on a purchase in as little as one week.
