Originally opened in 2010, the property underwent a transformative renovation and reopened in 2021 as a contemporary luxury boutique hotel. The hotel features four food & beverage outlets including the Veranda Restaurant and Jimmy’s, a rooftop bar offering sweeping views of Lower Manhattan.
