The hotels include The Benjamin Hotel, Fifty Hotel & Suites, Gardens Hotel & Suites, and the Shelburne Hotel & Suites and are comprised of 917 large rooms. The hotels were acquired by an experienced, institutional hotel investor and management company. Loan amount: $239,000,000
