RHF originated two mezzanine loans cross-collateralized by two Firmdale hotel assets in New York City: Crosby Street Hotel and The Whitby Hotel. Our loans refinanced the existing Crosby Street Hotel in SoHo while providing construction financing for the ground-up development of The Whitby Hotel in Midtown Manhattan, enabling our London-based borrower to grow their U.S. portfolio. Loan amount: $32,000,000.
